What this site collects

Cookieless measurement. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights show which pages get read and how fast they load: no cookies, nothing written to browser storage, aggregated measurements, transient processing of your IP address.

Advertising. The Meta Pixel (id 1051530360899263) records PageView, ViewContent on a sales page and InitiateCheckout at the payment step — offer id, price and currency only, nothing identifying. It sets Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies (90 days), sends Meta the page address and your IP, and serves to measure my ads and build audiences. Where the law requires it, the pixel loads only after you agree. If you consented to advertising, real outcomes — newsletter signup, booking, purchase — are also reported to Meta by my server (Conversions API): your email or phone is hashed (SHA-256) before sending, never transmitted in the clear. Without your consent, nothing is sent.

Forms, booking, payment. Contact, payment and calendar are embedded GoHighLevel modules (leadconnectorhq.com). Name, email, phone, message, appointment details, depending on the form: all of it goes straight to GoHighLevel, my processor. Square handles payment via GoHighLevel; this site never sees card data. These modules set their own third-party cookies inside their frame.

Newsletter. Your email address is sent to GoHighLevel, which sends you the editions. Every send carries an unsubscribe link.

Measurement with cookies. Google Analytics 4 loads via Google Tag Manager only if you accept the “Audience measurement” category; it then sets _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years).

Consent. The first-party at_consent cookie records your choices: 13 months if you accept, 6 months if you refuse. The at_geo cookie records only whether your region requires prior consent — one character, no location detail — for 24 hours.

Why, and on what basis

Answering your enquiries, delivering the service you bought, sending the newsletter: contract performance or consent. Measuring site audience: legitimate interest. Advertising and audiences: consent, where required.

Recipients and retention

Vercel (hosting and measurement, USA), GoHighLevel (forms, appointments, email, USA), Square (payment), Meta (advertising), Google (measurement, if you accept it). Transfers outside Quebec and the EU/EEA: standard contractual clauses. I never sell your information.

Cookies: durations above. Enquiries and client records: kept in GoHighLevel for the duration of the business relationship and any legal obligations, then deleted. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

In Quebec (Law 25) as in the EU/EEA (GDPR): access, correction, deletion or de-indexing, objection to a processing activity, withdrawal of consent at any time, portability in a structured technological format.

Write to info@adamtaha.ai; I answer within 30 days. Not satisfied with my answer: complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, or to the supervisory authority of your country in the EU/EEA.
