The first session is about understanding your role: your typical week, your recurring decisions, the tools you use. From there, I build your custom curriculum: that work is on me, not on you.
Everything happens in-session
No homework between meetings: the load is inverted, it sits on my side. Every session is recorded and followed by a one-page recap. Between sessions, your questions get an answer within 48 business hours.
You leave equipped
At the end of the program, you receive a complete summary document: everything you learned, the tools you set up, the habits you built. A lasting reference, and a working toolkit made for your job.
